Deutschebank: Gujarat Top Investment Destination

Gujarat is going strong under Modi, and whatever jaundiced eye the Centre is turning towards it, the rest of the world is not ignoring the rising success of Gujarat. Deutschebank has declared Gujarat to be the strongest investment destination in India. So I wonder how long it will take for the Election Commission to issue an admonishment to Deutschebank?
