Brit Spies Assassinated Russian Politicians

A report published by a British historian acknowledges that Britain's Special Intelligence Bureau assassinated Rasputin, a key advisor to the ruling Russian royal family. Now that's putting the S in Limey. It shows that the Russians have good reason to be suspicious of British political influence in their country, as there's ample historical precedent.
