Not news to those living under her rule in UP - the now fully exposed WikiLeaks repository of US embassy cables has revealed descriptions of UP Chief Minister Mayawati as being a paranoid nut obsessed with becoming Prime Minister, while having done nothing for the people living in her state, other than stuffing the pockets of her own cronies.
