Quick notes: Right-of-way, Killbots...

  • Muharram has right-of-way: Mamata Banerjee says no Durga idol immersion on Muharram

  • Ghar wapsi in quota case: Conversion good, ghar-wapsi bad according to All India Catholic Union and John Dayal.

  • Overdue: OBC list to be sub-categorised

  • Chinese threat: India tightens power grid, telecom rules. Local firms have long argued against Chinese involvement in the power sector, raising security concerns and saying they get no reciprocal access to Chinese markets.

  • China role in floods? "There was no unnatural rain in neighboring Arunachal Pradesh to trigger such a massive flooding in Assam. We need to know where the water came from. There was also no warning from China. Unnatural release of river water could be a ticking hydrogen bomb".

  • Killbots: Elon Musk urges the UN to limit AI weapons

  • HCCI Explained:

  • Lesson for Modi Sarkar: Economists still can’t decide whether the minimum wage is a good thing. A recent study found that a sharp rise in the minimum wage in Seattle led to job losses and fewer hours for low-wage workers—exactly what supply and demand theory would predict

Islamization Of Bengal

With the Mughal conquest of Bengal beginning the last decades of the sixteenth century their local governors made frenetic efforts to settle land and expand agriculture. Large parts of East Bengal were nothing but thickly forested swamps in those days. People staying on the margins of society involved in boating, fishing etc who were loosely speaking Hindus but actually of no religion became part of this Mughal imperial design. They were settled on land and induced to farm and they were socially moored by small mosques led by spiritual preceptors who came into convert the locals to a new way of life. There was not much opposition because these were new areas but the local Hindu communities that existed reacted by closing their ranks and becoming more conservative. This had the result of expulsion of many Hindus from the fold on the grounds that they had been polluted by contacts with the Muslims.  These Hindus of course became Muslims. The net result was that more people started becoming Muslims.

Albania Wants Agnes Back

Albania is asking for the return of the mortal remains of Sister Agnes (Mother Teresa). So, what's the problem? Let them have her back. If the Calcutta missionaries wail about it, let them go to Albania and spend the rest of their lives there fighting the Albanian courts. Once the remains are sent there, I doubt you could ever pry them away no matter what. Let it be our gift to Europe, as a boost to bilateral relations. If we really want to drive a hard bargain, we can ask the Albanians to take the entire Calcutta mission along with the remains. The nuns will be happier nearer to her, anyway.

If Only W.Bengal Would Quit India

After all the antics by the commies against the Tata Nano plant, now it's Mamata's turn to announce a seige against the car plant. Time for Ratan Tata to wake up and see all the other states willing to host the plant, for far less trouble. A shame he sought to invest in that bastion of ingrates in the first place.

Hindu monk brutally assaulted by Mullah, Marxist thugs in Commie West Bengal

Mullah, Marxist thugs in West Bengal merrily proceeding with the annihilation of Hindus as the nation is distracted by the Tamasha over the alleged nuclear "deal" - succinctly described by Jayalalithaa as the "Charter of Slavery and servitude".

This is an absolute outrage - and a logical corollary to East Pakistan's notion of lebensraum , literally absorbing West Bengal and the North East through demographic Jihad. The brutal and relentless genocidal campaign being waged against the Hindus in all corners of the nation epitomises the singular "achievement" of the tinpot UPA fascist regime - namely the shrinkage of "India", the retreat of all that is symbolic of Indic civilisation, to the extent that the Mullah/Missionary/Marxist aggression against the nation is no longer confined to the remote corners of the nation's landmass. Not a square inch of our sacred soil anywhere is free from the depredations of these eternal enemies of Indic civilisation. Each and every Hindu who identifies himself as a Hindu is a target in the pogrom to replace Hinduism with Semitic death cults. Countless "useful idiots" who identify themselves as "Secular" are willingly collaborating in the extermination of their own heritage.

Head Nazi, Manmohan Singh, with his much vaunted Oxford credentials has presided over the fragmentation of the nation and perverted the nation's political lexicon to two words - "Secular" and "Communal". Therefore, it is time for each and every Hindu in India - to the last man - to wear the "Communal" tag as a badge of honour and wage a relentless war for the defense and preservation of Hindu civilisation.

CPI -- India's mohammedan party

The CPI is now getting antsy about "voting with" the BJP on the nuke deal.
Deal aside, the issue -- and the article -- reflects the appalling quality of public debate in india.

The CPI is NOT voting with the BJP! They're merely in alignment over an issue, with the cause/driver of alignment being different.

Our journalists are blissfully aware of the concept of "vivek" -- the ability to differentiate. How can they, since most of them are JNU educated, deracinated indians, who are allergic to any sanskritic concepts.

Also noteworthy is the list of Commie MLA's in the article:

Abdus Sattar, CPM MLA from Amdanga (North 24-Parganas) & State Minister for Minorities Development: “Why me? I cannot answer this controversial question. I am a small man, why don’t you ask our party bigwigs about it?”

Yunus Ali Sarkar, CPM MLA from Jalangi (Murshidabad): “I have to follow the party line on this issue. But the party must find an answer as to why we are voting with the BJP. The party has not done anything to address this question at the grass roots level, at least in my area.”

Anisur Rahman CPM MLA from Domkal (Murshidabad) and State Animal Husbandry Welfare minister: “We are facing this question. I will only say that we will vote for the national cause and the BJP will vote for its own reason. We have no relations with them. They are a communal outfit. I cannot comment any further.”

Samsul Islam Mollah CPM MLA from Chapra (Nadia): “Minority voters will misunderstand us because of our voting with the BJP in Parliament. Our party needs to do something to combat it.”

Akkel Ali Khan, CPM MLA from Bagnan (Howrah): “We will have to follow our party line on the nuclear deal issue. At the same time, we will have to face questions from minority voters on why we voted with the BJP.”

Muhammed Salim Gain, CPM MLA from Baduria (North 24-Parganas): “The move of voting with the BJP has truly raised doubts about us among the minority voters in West Bengal. People in my area are asking this question frequently. A section of minority voters have already deserted us as we saw in Panchayat elections, now this will further widen the gap. I have spoken to some of our party leaders regarding this. I have planned a campaign to combat this growing feeling of discontent. I have also planned to ask community leaders to tackle this question of voting with the BJP. BJP is our enemy Number One. So is America.”

Mursalin Mollah CPM MLA from Mahestolla (South 24-Parganas): “Imperialism is a greater danger. Imperialism breeds communalism.”

Mafuza Khatun, CPM MLA from Kumarganj (South Dinajpur): “I cannot comment on this controversial issue to the media. I am answerable to the party.”

Abul Hasnat, RSP MLA from Jangipur (Murshidabad): “BJP is communal and our Enemy Number One. This issue of voting with BJP will impact on minority voters and we will have to find answers to convince them. But if there is any diktat (on voting), we have to follow.”

Id Muhammed, RSP MLA from Bharatpur (Murshidabad): “I have full faith in my party. My party will definitely find a way to make the minority population of West Bengal understand the situation in which we are voting along with BJP.”

Mehbub Mandal, Forward Bloc MLA from Galsi (Burdwan): “If the Left votes with BJP, it will definitely have a negative effect on our minority voters. It is true that a section of the minority Muslim voters had moved away from us in the recent Panchayat elections. We have to do something about it.”

Mohammed Sohrab, CPM-backed RJD MLA from Burrabazar (Kolkata): “It will be disastrous to vote with the BJP. A big chunk of Muslim voters will not only move away but move against the Left.”

Hasim Abdul Halim: CPM MLA form Entally (Kolkata ) and Speaker of the West Bengal Assembly: “As the Speaker of the State Assembly, I have no comments. But as a party member, I will follow the party mandate. This is all I can say.”
Yessir,Bengal is also now a totally mohammedan state.

Tibetan refugees prevented from demonstrating against Communist genocide

In the Maovadi stronghold of Kolkota on the specious excuse of "apprehension of a threat to peace and public order". The running dogs of Chinese Maovadi imperialism in India cannot be expected to act any differently, of course. But, the Bangali Communists had absolutely no compunctions in allowing, even encouraging and facilitating a violent demonstration by 500,000 Mohammedans on the streets of Kolkota protesting cartoons in Scandinavia, where local Hindus were molested and their business establishments looted!

There is apparently no end to the suffocating Maovadi plague afflicting Indian terrain. If the Mohammedan loving Bangali Maovadis are perfecting genuflection to Islamism into a fine art, the Christist pseudo-Maovadis of Nepal have learned election rigging techniques from their Bangali counterparts. Dis empowerment of native Hindus in India and Nepal and replacement of nationalist elements by Communist stooges in the corridors of
power nicely complements the Chinese "Total war" to annihilate the last few remnants of Tibetan civilisation.

Buddhadeb Bhattacharya ridicules Hindu faith

Just a few days ago, this Stalinist gerontocrat was genuflecting to Mohammedan obscurantism and harassing Taslima Nasrin for alleged "blasphemy". All of a sudden, he's developed some testosterone to indulge in real blasphemy and laceration of faith. No wait, the recipient of his ridicule are the Hindus, a demographic, cultural, religious soft target whom every emaciated scum feels emboldened to denigrate.

Sharia alert from secular progressive West Bengal

TOI tries pretty hard to negate the story with its misleading title - "Man marries daughter, claims divine sanction". What defines the identity of that man I wonder? Does he happen to ascribe to Zoroastrianism or Zen Buddhism? As expected, the activist secular champions of women's rights - Brinda Karat, Nirmala Deshpande etc will be nowhere to be found. Apparently, rape, incest, paedophilia and betrothal under duress is a human right and any intervention by the authorities in such matters would constitute "persecution of minorities". Now, we cannot have that happening in our secular dhimmocracy now, can we? Therefore, the idiot policeman's comment:

"....Police has not lodged any specific case and the court does not have jurisdiction over criminal cases. So they were released unconditionally," said the SDO, Atanu Kumar Ray......

Note: Jalpaiguri is located in the narrow "chicken neck corridor" that connects the North eastern states to the Indian mainland. This area has been reduced to a Muslim majority by Bangladeshi illegal immigration.

CPM Storm Troopers give the Nazis a run for their money

So here is what the Chinese Party of India(Morons)--CPM does to its own people, chinese style. There are reports of atleast a 100 dead in Nandigram, when the CPM "recaptured" it. Now shall we try Buddhadeb & his gang at the Hague?

From the article,

...Squads of armed, bike-borne cadres, carrying stacks of red flags, kept criss-crossing Nandigram since early morning on a mission to “consolidate” the recapture...

...“Just a show of strength, nothing more. We wanted to consolidate our position. After all, we have regained Nandigram after 11 months,” a CPM leader said...

CPI(M) 'recaptures' Nandigram bases

A glimpse of state sponsored terrorism by fascist CPI(M) thugs in Stalinist West Bengal, all for the sake of an investment in a private business by foreign capitalists. Shouldn't Bengal be a peasants and workers paradise under the communists? Since Nandigram happens to be dominated by Mohammedans, the communists will predictably camouflage action on that front with a big show on the Rizwan-ur suicide case and for Mohammedan reservations under the Sachar report. Meanwhile, politburo chief Prakash Karat fresh from a Comintern meeting to commemorate 90 years of revolution in the Stalinist fatherland calls Bush a fool !!

Food riots in Stalinist West Bengal

A very unedifying episode for the nation, but typical of the enforced deprivation of the proletariat under communism. Food riots of this kind were a familiar occurrence in the Soviet block during the cold war, but when did they last occur in independent India? Trading of allegations between the Kaangress and the Communists is certainly entertaining, but the stark reality is that West Bengal under the Maoists is not very different from Stalinist North Korea.
Deprivation manufactured by the Communists and Nehruvian Stalinists is what attracts ghouls like Teresa to Bengal.

India Tomorrow: The Gujarat Miracle

Thanks to reader Habc for the article. The BJP Govt. of Gujarat gives it back to the bloody commies of Bengal, by making a film showcasing Gujarat & contrasting it to Bengal. We need atleast a half-a-dozen Modis all over India.

I also liked this part from the article,

Modi is shown boasting that the whole of Gujarat is one SEZ. “In Gujarat, ‘s’ stands for spirituality, ‘e’ for entrepreneurship and ‘z’ for zing,” he says.

Quest for Swami Vivekananda’s voice recordings

"The Minister stressed that he was doing this in his personal capacity and out of his reverence for Swami Vivekananda........."

Well, the fact that anybody in India is interested in researching the life of one of Hinduism's
greatest scholars is encouraging, at a time when the UPA has manufactured the retreat of the very concept of India as a prelude to the shrinking of it's geographical boundaries.
But, note the customary attempt to dissociate the government of India from any such effort, as if such an association would automatically amount to sacrilege under the dhimmi dispensation.

On another note, what are the causes of contemporary Bengali infatuation with communism and treacherous liberalism? Why has the state that produced such intellectual giants as
Swami Vivekananda, Sri Aurobindo, Bankim Chandra Chattopadhay degenerated to a situation where enemies of the nation monopolise political discourse and power?
