stratfor: america needs to depend less on pakistan and more on central asia; and do covert ops

it's quite likely that the pakistanis themselves bombed the bridge while wearing taliban outfits. after all the taliban are simply pakistani ISI in baggy pants.
india should also do covert ops and assassinate a few of the ISI.
