Probably this paper is also seeing the end
of UPA regime by the time UP elections are over.
Otherwise the paper always a mothpiece of Congress(
Except when Giridhar Lal Jain openly Identified his
sympathy with BJP in early 90's) would not have
written so badly about congress.

I think its "Girilal Jain" or may be he is indeed Giridhar Lal jain.. who was editor from 1978-88 , and who passed away in 1993 .. anyway, technicalities apart, nice find !
