The entire trans-himalayan Seismic belt. (Not only Kashmir, but Ladakh, Garhwal, Kumaon, Sikkim, Darjeeling and Tawang) needs new housing regulations:

Rules need to be enforced.

1) No concrete or Steel Structures.

2) Only wooden houses or lightweight bamboo structures on lines similar to Japanese housing:

3) For bigger structures like malls and shopping complexes, stadiums.
We need Geodesic Bucky Domes (After Buckminister Fuller)
We could also have small scale Bucky houses.

This way we can beautify and make less risky these seismically active regions.
