US intl flyers must do #wuhanvirus test; soon it'll be vaccination certificate

i'm not saying requiring a negative certificate is a bad thing: flights are notorious for circulating infections. 

in fact india should do the same. in fact india may already do so. 

however, i predict that soon you will be unable to travel internationally unless you have a vaccination certificate. that i would call coercion.
