communism as a religious mask for han chinese imperialism: ian buruma

jan 15th, 2010

it is evident that communism is a religion, whose main goal today is the propagation of han chinese imperialism.

the parallels with the church are numerous, including missionaries (JNU), martyrs (che guevara), protestants (china), catholics (russia), the paper idol (mao's red book), the reformation (china-soviet split) etc.

ian buruma is a very astute observer. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/home/opinion/edit-page/This-Model-Has-A-Sell-by-Date/articleshow/5449385.cms

A few interesting quotes here from Mikhail Gorbachev:

"As far as ideology is concerned, to equate communist and fascist ideology is stupid and absurd. Communist ideology in its pure form is akin to Christianity. Its main ideas are the brotherhood of all peoples irrespective of their nationality, justice and equality, peace, and an end to all hostility between peoples. It is true that communism was used to camouflage a totalitarian regime."
-("Memoirs" 1996)

“The socialist tradition…goes back to Jesus Christ, not (Karl) Marx"
-(USA Today, October 28th, 1996)

''Jesus Christ, he was also a reformer." "He was pelted with stones and insulted. So this is not any news.''
-("Fans and Fanfare for Mikhail Gorbachev, Author" By RACHEL L. SWARNS New York Times, October 25, 1996)

And this is so surprising why? Commies have always supported imperialism, despite their "equality" BS. Pre 1991 communism was a front for White Russian imperialism, now the Hans have taken over the mantle.
