Indian Culture has traversed many time zones and stands connected and unbroken with its rich past even today tens of thousands of years later.. Temple culture has been one that has held the society together spiritually, emotionally and culturally, it was the hub of every village and every settlement. These Heritage spaces stand testimony to a rich culture.
Heritage a not-for-profit organization has launched GUDIYA SAMBHRAMA ,,, The Bengaluru Temple Festival a first of its kind event in September 2010 in 21 temples across Bangalore. Since September 2010 Heritage has conducted various programs in these temples, cleaning and greening, doll arrangements as also artistic programs.
Starting on the 11th of February to the 19th of March there will be cultural programs in all these temples bringing about 200 artists of repute from across the country Please find attached all details of the festival and do join us in these heritage Spaces and connect to your roots.
