Namaskar,

Hampi Festival 2011 – the festival is held every year on 27-29th January. I was fortunate to be there. Karnataka Tourism organise various cultural programs but importantly all monuments are LIT up. It is magnificent to see. This collections of pictures shows you monument wise pictures during day and night. It also includes pics of a procession to Virupaksha Temple.

During the next month will upload pictures of water management in Hampi, its market – monuments – markets + Rock Cut caves of Badaumi, Temples of Pattadakal and Aihole (the cradle of Indian temple architecture).

With Regards
Sanjeev Nayyar

Rare earth shortage? Afghans think they can help
