Not only that “the offenders are Mohammedans”, but the victim is a woman. Are women permitted to write novels, or write at all, under the rules of that "religion"? Are women human beings?

Listening to that TV broadcast was an eye opener. Akbaruddin Owaisi was shameless; indeed proud to say that Taslima deserved much more, and refused to call the action of his henchmen as violence.
Resorting to polemics, Owaisi tried to deflect attention from his actions by saying why Indians should be bothered about Taslima who is a Bangladesh citizen. Does he mean that we should stand by while he and his goons kill her?
He said she has insulted Mohammed, Islam and Purdah. I haven't read Taslima's works, but it does not seem likely that she may have insulted Mohammed and Islam. She may have attacked Purdah which is a barbaric practice and not followed in many Muslim majority countries either.
Could any reader furnish specific references of Taslima insulted Mohammed and Islam? Could Owaisi do that? He should, when he claims a right to murder her for that, right?
