I disagree, Raghu. The security establishment may not listen to these people, but they certainly take note of what they say. Besides people like Raman, Gill & Chellaney are well connected. Don't you remember the PM's media advisor Sanjaya Baru go on a tirade against B.Raman last year regarding the Nuke deal? The scientific community was able to protest against the nuke deal partly because of awareness created by these folks.

With all due respect to Raman, Gill and Chellney, these initiatives are waste of time. Not one in security establishment listen to these people.
