Richard Holbrooke Dead from Heart Surgery Complications

Richard Holbrooke, has died from complications following heart surgery. The extremely strong-willed US ambassador most famous for imposing the Dayton Peace Accords in the Balkans, was later assigned to achieving peace in the "Af-Pak" region. As the eulogies come out for this veteran diplomat, some opportunists are blaming India for his inability to complete his mission.
