If UPA is savior in the areas mentioned above in links, it failed miserably to make people oppressed as far as bollywood goes- a highly capitalist place, bollywood doesn;t have reservations, 50% reservation for the coommon people to prove himself as a hero doesn't exist. Neither 50% reservation for Villains, nor atleast 5% reservation for heroines exist in bollywood.
Let us admit it as a failure of UPA and the intellectuals of JNU.
