nytimes deliberately confusing indians with pakistanis

aug 21st, 2006

how many pakistani women wear saris? or run travel agencies named 'uma travels'?

and their whole tone is really silly: 'our' pakistanis won't do anything terrible, while brit pakistanis are different. yeah, right. meanwhile every act of terrorism in the world can be traced back to the terrorist state of pakistan. including 9/11.

musharraf must be an american creation, just like "al qaeda" which really doesn't exist. it is a convenient fiction. it is american taqiyah in action. they invented a group of terrorists when the fact of the matter is that every mohammedan is a potential fundamentalist believer in mohammedanism. and the fundamental belief inherent in mohammedan texts, the quran and hadiths, is that war against non-mohammedans is acceptable, indeed even desirable. therefore every mohammedan in america is a potential warrior against all non-mohammedans. (the definition of "innocent" in mohammedanism is "non-combatant mohammedan", so by definition all non-mohammedans are "non-innocent" -- generally wicked people just because they have not voluntarily become mohammedans.)

The last paragraph of the article is scary(in my honest estimation, this is what so-called MINORITY in India has done for a long time)- being passive-aggressive(http://www.straightdope.com/columns/030530.html) and also offering an excuse for being termed "islamist-fascist" -

I am trying to be brutally honest, have seen this in India, Britain and now the USA...it will be sad to see that day dawn however...

The following quote contains, probably, the best real-world example of confounding I have come across:

"Nationwide, Pakistanis appear to be prospering. The census calculated that mean household income in the United States in 2002 was $57,852 annually, while that for Asian households, which includes Pakistanis, was $70,047. By contrast, about one-fifth of young British-born Muslims are jobless, and many subsist on welfare."
