the kuldip nayars want to felicitate the pakistanis on their independence day. but the pakistanis feel no compulsion to do the same.
and so the candle-lighters return to wagah from pakistan. must be because musharraf is under some need for PR in the wake of the pakistani-run british plane bombing deal.
