Labour Wants to Outlaw "Caste Discrimination" in UK

British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn is looking to single out Hindus in attempting to get "caste discrimination" outlawed in Britain:

Apparently, Corbyn feels that caste discrimination is a great scourge in British society, to the extent that laws need to be framed to explicitly make it illegal in Britain to discriminate on the basis of caste.

This looks to be a Hindu-baiting law if there ever was one - it's no different than putting a head-tax on Chinese. I don't see anyone from the British Labour Party trying to pass a law to ban African tribal discrimination in Britain - so why are they singling out Hindus?
