Let there be no doubt that Congress has spent untold millions of tax payers money to bolster Rahul Baba and hoist him on us. That's why his focus is excessively on Uttar Pradesh, portraying him as a son of the soil. No wonder, the press council chief was breathing fire about the state of Indian media (which they were quick to renounce).
