Cotton Candy: The USB Sized ARM PC That Runs Linux

This would have been disruptive in India. Imagine being able to plug this thumb drive (weighing 21 gms) in any dumb terminal and turning this into a powerful open source computer.

The reason why Windows wouldn't run is because it is one of the lousiest operating systems on this planet (and perhaps Universe). Compare and contrast this with the beauty and elegance of Unix and you'd immediately know.

Nevertheless, this source below is the citation:

The makers have to say this about Cotton Candy (from OMG Ubuntu site):

“The Cotton Candy …allows users a single, secure point of access to all personal cloud services and apps through their favorite operating system, while delivering a consistent experience on any screen. The device will serve as a companion to smartphones, tablets, and notebook PC and Macs, as well add smart capabilities to existing displays, TVs, set top boxes and other media that supports USB mass storage.”

I would love to run this on "Aakash" or perhaps my high definition TV.

You can just plug it in on any thing that supports USB drives. And see it get converted to a powerful system!
