@vidrohiarya, I would call it a robust "cultural exchange", "cross border trade", "people to people contact", indeed even a "composite dialogue" - wherein we trade, exchange hideous, anti-national, pseudo-liberal banshees such as Teesta Setalvad, Angana Chatterjee, Arundhati Roy, Shabana Azmi, Mehbooba Mufti et al for Hina Khar, Kashmala Tariq, Sherry Rehman et al. We can carry out "people to people contact" and teach them our culture. After all, they have Hindu ancestry. It would be a homecoming for them to the Mother civilisation. Then, in a few decades, there would be a chance for the "peace process" to bear fruit. to succeed

The ministry of minority affairs fears singling out one community could land it in trouble in courts with pending litigations over Sachar commission.
