India-Pakistan De-hyphenated

TIME article on 123 Deal. Again, I realize we've made some compromises for the interim, however we have opened up the road for higher tech transfer, which will help us to regain lost ground. BJP is also revising some of its views.

If only the BJP had realised a lot earlier that they should have been overtly honest about what they really believed and had given bipartisan support to this defining, game-changing deal, Advani would have been standing taller than Manmohan today.

vinod sharma, manmohan is a pygmy, so it's hard for anybody to not be taller than him. this is a game-changing deal, all right. it changes india from an equal of china to a definite vassal of china. china will have nuclear weapons and india will not.

and san, what do you mean, "some compromises"? we've given away the store. and got nothing in return.

with the american economy collapsing, why do you think all these guys spent so much effort on getting india to sign this? because it is in *their* interests. just think about it, with america in such bad shape, is this the time to try to ally with them? and if you read the fine print, there is nothing that suggests india will get anything more than lip service when it comes to advanced technology.

this deal is basically one where a few kkkangress people made a lot of money selling the country. it's like the 30 silver coins judas allegedly made by selling the alleged jesus to the romans.
