It seems to be much more horrible than stated in the Indian Express story. In another news portal, it says Salim, who burnt her alive is her own "maternal grandfather". Salim owns a shop selling cosmetics. The girl had gone into a backroom in that shop and tried on a lipstick. The story goes on to suggest that the "grandfather" tried to rape the child, who resisted. Therefore, she was burnt. That also probably explains why she was "scantily" clad.

Watch the exceptionally brilliant movie (Hollywood) * Righteous Kill *( Al Pacino & Robert De Niro ).
Listen very carefully to the words spoken , how women & men ( mother , brother etc etc ACTUALLY conduct themselves ). Then you will know why certain people die in certain ways always.
I was killed & killed & abused million times by my own (sic) mother , maternalgrandmother,totally unrelated unclesss& auntiesss cousinss twice removed , one autocratic (sic)duryodhanan like brother ALL without my Father's ( my Father was the ONLY son of my Paternal Grandparents )knowledge by the politics playing *relativesss & well wishers*.The ohsogoodygoody girlsss , sisterssss , teacherssss , highly qualified suited, booted shed copious tears BUT approved of everything calling it all my inevitable karma.
I lost my very incorruptible , HONEST Father & only Dearest guileless brother ( my own sibling), my Paternal Grandparents ---all because of KNOWINGLY maliciously played politics of suchhhh a lot of people around.
So I can sort of feel , empathise ......

Buck up! You have survived all that bullying. (So have I, in a different environment). Now perhaps you can find some satisfaction by trying to help people who are most susceptible to bullying and are being bullied. To begin with, google "bullying".
