hindus poor at using the legal system to fight intolerance and hate speech

hindus are not effective in using the courts. but the enemies are. here are some examples.

1. teesta setalvad and the mohammedans went to court again and again until she got the verdicts she wanted in gujarat

2. the christists sued the kerala govt when some minister, a loudmouth, said something relatively inoffensive against them. this same guy has said lots of things against hindus and we never responded. the minister apologized to the christists

3. the christists have successfully sidetracked and delayed the investigation into the murder of sister abhaya for 16 years, when it is pretty obvious that some godmen are guilty of rape and murder

hindus should be using this weapon of 'non-bailable offense of causing communal disharmony' in cases like the following:

1. karunandhi impugned sri rama on several occasions

2. sonia instigated the use of the cross on 1 and 2 rupee coins. why didnt hindus at least use the RTI to find out who issued the order?

3. manmohan singh said the resources of the country are first for mohammedans. he is violating the constitutional provision of equality regardless of religion, race etc.

4. the pentecostals in mangalore have made widely-publicized hate speech, saying very offensive things against hindus, which led to the riots. why aren't the new life or whatever group being sued for hate speech?

5. the emmanuel group in rajasthan have published serious hate speech against hindus.

6. the murders of swami lakshmananda in orissa and of bineshwar brahma in tripura. if you sue the christists for hate speech leading to these murders, that will certainly bring some of the facts to the fore and force the judiciary to act

"We will file both civil and criminal defamation cases against the person who made such allegations," Christian leaders including Father Joseph Kalathil, Cicar General, Archbishop House here, Rev Fr Prafulla Ku Sabhapati, President of Bethikala Parish Council, Kandhamal and Prafulla Ku Nayak, General Secretary Bethikala Parish Coul, Kandhamal, told reporters here. Both the President and General Secretary of Bethikala Church also alleged that their signatures in the documents circulated by the HJS leader were "forged." "Not only our signatures were forged, the contents of the document were also fabricated," Nayak and Father Sabhapati claimed. "We strongly condemn this attitude of the Hindu fundamentalist organisations attempting to drag Christians and the church into the crime purposefully by fanning elements of hate to sustain the campaign against Christians," they said in a joint statement. Terming the HJS's move as an attempt to "reignite" violence in Kandhamal which had been showing declining trend, the leaders said that no meeting was held at Bethikala Church as claimed by the HJS state President Ashok Sahu.   Sahu earlier had told reporters that the plan to kill Saraswati was made at a meeting at Bethikela Church on May 25, 2008 and attended by 17 persons following a brief and command from religious leaders. © Copyright 2008 PTI.
