seems relatively fair, neither pollyanna-ish optimistic nor cassandra-ish negative. i have only read this story superficially,

but there are others as well, including this one on e sridharan (one of the genuine heros of the recent past. so why isn't the delhi metro being renamed the e. sridharan metro? oh, i forgot, it's going to be named the sonia gandhi metro.)
