Kapidhwaja, Make no mistake about it, the 'reverse brain drain' is probably a trickle compared to the outward flow of doctors from premier institutes. Doctors in India are very badly paid (compared to stupid f*** MBA's and people working in IT companies) and it is not sensible to stay on in India if given the opportunity to work abroad. An MD at a private hospital in India can expect around Rs. 25000 p.m. as compared to well over $150,000 per year in the US for instance.
