latest phishing attempt: Notification - Taxpayer Advocate Service(Tax Refund)

pretty good new phishing mail, almost believable. but you check the link, and it goes to some .ch site, which i suppose is in switzerland. beware of more sophisticated phishing and spamming attempts now, including fake mp3s, pdfs etc.

I just got the exact same e-mail, down to the amount even. What's funny is that it references the nineteenth amendment to the constitution in the e-mail, but that's the amendment that that gave women the right to vote. The Amendment that created the IRS was 16.

Phishing seems to be getting more sophisticated in India. ROTFL, this is too funny - apparently JNU lunatic
Prafool Bidwai was the victim of one such scam. Hahahhhahhhaaa, that is what I call deployment of "information warfare" for national security purposes. Notwithstanding the legalese, the fellows who phished this prize idiot get my hearty congratulations and best wishes.
