Cuddapah happens to be the home district of Samuel Reddy. From the article in The Chindu: "Kadapa MP Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy sought development of the area and its people." That rascal is Samuel Reddy's brother and many christist "developmental activities" are already at an advanced stage of implementation,
