Dear Rajeev Srinivasan:
Will Hillary Clinton, if elected President, tilt toward China to the detriment of India? In the following article, Ambassador Parthasarathy thinks she will.
Friends of India in the US, especially the politically conscious Indian American community, need to carefully read this article and plan an appropriate action program.

Emerging power equations
Is multipolarity achievable?
by G. Parthasarathy
When the Cold War ended with the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991, the United States emerged as the world's sole superpower. Even today, the US remains the preeminent power on the global stage, but is increasingly conscious of its limitations. It realises that it has to act in concert with other influential powers to achieve common goals. A crucial question for India is how it figures in the emerging equations of global power.

President Hillary will certainly continue in Bush's footsteps with respect to policy on Pakistan. George W Bush has a Pakistani woman Shirin Tahir-Kheli -- Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State, not just influencing, but actually formulating America's SOUTH ASIA policy. Hillary Clinton is allegedly having a lesbian affair with another Pakistani woman, the gorgeous Huma Abedin!! It could be tabloid crap, but kind of makes sense given her "ultra left liberal" image in American politics, track record and Bill "free Willy" Clinton's innovative use of cigars.
It does not matter who becomes President - see the latest incident
1. US aircraft carrier was going to Hong Kong for Thanksgiving
2. China denied permission at the last minute and the ships turned towards Japan
3. China reversed its decision, but it was too late for the ships to turn back
4. US announced that it was just a minor misunderstanding
5. China anniunced next that it was deliberate!
