as i have been saying about the great god periyar, karunanidhi is also going to keep quiet, tail between his legs, when a mullah challenges him.
what happened to all the great 'dravidian' courage? is it only against poor harmless tamil brahmins that these guys are lions? otherwise all these thugs are pussycats. let them send t r "sethusamudram" baalu to malaysia to speak up for tamil rights! and get his ass kicked.

Much as I like the "Dravidianist's" I have to admit at least he is doing better than our Prime Minister - who can see a 'holocaust' in India when it comes to Gujarati Muslims, but goes to sleep every other time.
By the way - I hate this new gambit by the ELM about not meddling in another country's affairs (the oppressed here being Malaysian). Besides being undemocratic it also denies to Hindus something that it gives to other faiths. Hindus after all have a right to their own Ummah. No one minds other communities extra-territorial loyalties - so why not for Hindus?
I thought Don Karuna would atleast value Tamilians more, but et tu Kalaignar? I wonder what soup Muslims feed to these secularists that they behave as absolute surrender monkeys when it comes to anything Islamic.
The Dravidians are hijacking this as a "Tamil" issue, which is about religious and racial discrimination of Hindus by Malay Muslims . There are a lot of Telugu and other Hindus as well. That the Hindus happen to be largely Tamil is incidental - the Malays would oppressed them even if they were Bihari, Bengali or whatever, as long as they did not surrender to islam. Still, anything that helps the Hindu cause should be welcomed, although Karunanidhi's record as a temple breaker gives a hollow ring to his position. Jayalalithaa, on the other hand has been a little more consistent, barring her personality clash with the Kanchi Sankaracharaya. The LTTE is not known for Hindu nationalism either, but if their involvement contributes to raising awareness of the issue, then so be it.
