china wreaks more havoc: more 'river bombs'

in addition to threatening india with the brahmaputra diversion, and
already causing downstream riparians like laos, cambodia etc much
grief with the mekong damming, china is now encouraging more
highly-ecologically damaging dams in south east asia. figures.

why does the word 'locust' leap to mind with the chinese communists,
just like with christists?
