there was a scene in one of the mel brooks movies, 'the history of the
world' where the emperor, after some particularly brutish behavior
that he gets away with, tells the camera, "it's good to be king".
similarly, it's good to be italian. you can get away with anything.
here, Q gets the entire indian establishment to bat for him by
creating a case for the argentine judge to NOT extradite him. yes, to
be clear, the indian government went to great lengths to ensure that Q
*would not* be extradited.
hmmm... enquiring minds want to know why.

a confirmation of what you said. cbi got only half the documents. :-o
the judge also considered the failed extradition attempt in malaysia. so, after this there will be two failed attempts, making any extradition almost impossible.
