Accord of 1985. Following that agreement, the Japanese currency began

One theory which is gaining a lot of traction is that Sonia Gandhi's handlers (Opus Dei, MI5, etc.) have been putting tremendous pressure on her to command India's leadership to revalue the Rupee at a higher rate so that European and US companies can have some breathing room to compete against Indian companies.
