Atlanticists discover beggars on Delhi Streets

http://www.economist.com/world/asia/displaystory.cfm?story_id=9339955
Trust the inhabitants of Londonistan to find something to beat India up with. They have finally discovered begging in Delhi streets. Of course what they will not tell you is
1- Indian penury is the result of astronomical Agri-subsidies in the US and Europe - which depress prices of agricultural goods; causing migration from rural India
2- All the 'migrants' come from areas governed by the Atlanticists favorite 'secular' politicians, who suck up to the Muslim Vote Bank. Ever wonder why there are no farmer suicides in "Right Wing Hindu Nationalist BJP' ruled Gujarat?
3- Indian intellectuals pointing to the 'evils of alms' may not be moved by a deeply touching spirit - but that is way better than having people need 'state permits' to migrate to cities. And if the pesky little buggers migrate without said permits - they get to 'participate' in state-sponsored organ harvesting scheme (hint hint - guess the country)

Also notice in the article the thinly veiled sarcasm in "cow-revering Hindus" and the name of the young beggar in question: "Mohammed Alam".

I guess it’s in the last issue or one before that they wrote something on conversion laws in Rajasthan. Here's the paraphrase "Hindus who want to convert to Christianity are punished under the new law". The author should burn in hell for this blatant lie. Anyway I'm canceling the subscription. Enough of the crap.

There is more poverty in India due to the license raj where in there are restrictions in investments that can be made in the so called "small scale sector" and the antiquated labor laws than anything else.

It is unfathomable that we are preventing massive investments in small scale sector through the antiquated laws. And the stupidishly rigid labor laws prevents seasonal and cyclical sector to invest in India. These sectors can provide such massive employment that we desperately need in India

Both due the inability of the people of India to get rid of the communists. Such a totally irrelevant, antinational and anti-poor party is allowed to even exist is a tragedy that is costing the country so dearly.
