here's the hidden reason behind it: *they* were invaded. they are mostly bloody mongrels, with lots of invaders having left their seed in the limey population. see the excerpt from the nytimes story:
"As for subsequent invaders, Ireland received the fewest; the invaders' DNA makes up about 12 percent of the Irish gene pool, Dr. Oppenheimer estimates, but it accounts for 20 percent of the gene pool in Wales, 30 percent in Scotland, and about one-third in eastern and southern England."
yes, 33% of the limeys are the products of barbarian invaders raping their women! no wonder they are so sensitive about descent.
naturally, in the best christist traditions, they started ascribing their failings as mixed breeds to others! in addition to stealing the positives from others.
