We can make our own nuc sub, we don't need American technology

So it turns out that India has been building a nuclear submarine in secret, which will be ready for trials as early as 2009.

Of course, its future may be jeopardised by the UPA's 123 accord.
According to P.K Iyengar, a former Head of our Atomic Energy Commission, 123 is not needed, because we already have the technology America claims it will provide us.

This is a startling revelation, that the ELM will ignore.
Its very likely that the wily George Fernandes drove this project during his tenure.

Which is what makes the current 'headless chicken' state of the BJP so utterly tragic.
They are so totally lost, so totally rudderless, so totally unable to slam an incompetent government! No surprises then, that recent snap polls apparently gave the UPA a landslide victory!

Time for nationalists to do some hand wringing of their own?
