Here's an
interview by Morley Safer of 60 Minutes with gora-sahib. The video is embedded in the article. Does anybody believe that Brady Bunch line? I think the other kids probably just teased him over 'Piyush'. Come to think of it, I've never been crazy about that name, myself.

A worthy reading for all going ga-ga over Slumdog Millionnaire
at the Telluride film festival last autumn, Boyle, when asked why he had chosen a project so different from his usual material, answered that he had never been to India and knew nothing about it, so he thought this project was a great opportunity.
hey rajeev,
do u know that Bobby jindal is not a hindu. He converted from Hinduism in his highschool days.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bobby_Jindal
Not only that, but he then married his wife who was Hindu, and then converted her a few years later.
He is an ultra-conservative Christian politician. I agree with you San, I think he couldn't take jabs about his name from his "friends" and changed his name. First step to be "saved" by Christian mythology, isn't it. When "Kumar Patel" becomes "John Doe". Its a prerequisite.
