bechtolsheim is a pretty smart guy. hardware whiz and has good business instincts.
jayashree ullal has a good reputation before and at cisco.
cheriton has been in the middle of things all along and has obviously made big bucks off it.

Could you double check this link? FireFox and Opera prevent access to it saying it is a threat link.
