Indian Tricolor on the Moon!

Thanks to Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee's vision and Shri Abdul Kalam's inputs regarding the Moon Impact Probe(MIP) and Shri Madhavan Nair's stellar leadership role at ISRO. We have even beaten China with this mission, by touching the moon. Below is the MIP being given final touches at ISRO, and the picture of the moon that it took while on the way down towards it.

Congrats ISRO!!

Did anyone notice the logo on the probe carefully? I was happy to note that the logo on the probe didn't have the moon crescent on it symbolizing the moslems. On the contrary the crescent portion of the moon is rendered as the black shadowed region of the moon - thereby reflecting their original ideology for which they are now well known world over.

I am happy that it said Chandrayaan in Sanskrit/Hindi as चंद्रयान and most importantly 1 was written in Devnagri lipi as १ and not in pirated s**t like roman numerals misnomer arabic numeral. Read "Mantri ji says Give importance to English" for more. Thank you Vajpayee ji and ISRO. Congrats to all. Vande Mataram!
