don't know how true this is, but it certainly is lurid and fits into communist fantasies. i am sure the yanks were doing a lot of hanky-panky with economic warfare, and i am hoping they will pull something like this out of a hat and wipe out the chinese!

after all, this does fit in with the dictum "america has 8% of the world's population and enjoys 50% of its resources. american foreign policy is intended to keep it that way".
