Therefore, to foil any counter-balancing of their Chinese masters, the Indian communists will do everything possible to keep India poor, under-developed and securely tethered till eternity to a fraternity of other third world hellholes like Cuba, Ethiopia, Sudan etc. The food riots in Stalinist Bengal show their plans for India's future - an exalted place in the begging bowl league of Somalia, Sudan and Bangladesh. These are the same communists who travel to China and return singing glowing eulogies of Shanghai and Beijing, bordering on the orgiastic. Of course, it does not behove a great nation like India to be anybody's subservient sepoy, but a strong strategic relationship with the US based on reciprocity is in our interest. Perhaps the reason why some Yanks expect India to behave like a client state is the dhimmitude exhibited by China's sepoys in India - the bloody comunists, who deserve the Gulag treatment that China will eventually provide them after their utility is exhausted..
