Considering that Chritism is itself based on a big lie (as enunciated by Bertrand Russel too); I wonder which Jesus, Yoga is supposed to pre-date. Reality is I predate Jesus too - given that he never showed up on earth.
However, what is at play here is Christism's favorite pass time - taking other people's belief system, whirling it around to give it a "Christian" feel and then obliterating the native culture it was borrowed from. They are expets at this - Rottweiler % Co. - they are thieves who make you feel exalted for being robbed :-)
The same people tell us -- Shiva is a pre-Vedic God. Meaning he predates Hinduism!
