So how about, “the pentagon or NASA got shangied” (shangied: meaning transfer of classified information form the U.S to the PRC, without the knowledge or consent of the former) (transfer of backend jobs is India I suppose, as usual we lag behind the Chinese)
There is a term 'shanghaied' meaning taking someone captive and forcing the person to work, especially on a ship.
This is very appropriate as the CHINESE ECONOMY IS BASED ON FORCED LABOR.
