China's Growth Fizzling

China's economy seems to be decelerating faster than expected. It's possible their growth rate could drop below ours. Could there be an impact on Chinese social/political stability, if things get too bad? Well, if there are any local economic bubbles happening in China, then a radical economic cooling like this could help some of them to burst, with attendant chain-reactions.
