Subject: Education startup in South Asia looking for team members

Dear friends, I hope this finds you all doing well.

I am working with a few students out of the school of business and education to bridge the gap between the education system and the workforce in Pakistan/India. We are looking for team members (with various backgrounds) to work with, and would love to chat with anyone potentially interested. (We are also planning a pilot program over spring break, and would love to get input/suggestions/contacts/etc).

To provide a little more background, we are hoping to bridge this gap by providing industry specific, soft skills training for college and high school graduates. We plan to use 2-3 minute videos - uploaded on smart/feature phones - to help us scale, and facilitate hands-on exercises in the classroom to achieve learning outcomes.

We began working on this idea in Dec/Jan in India/Pakistan, and are in the process of developing our curriculum and piloting our first video. (Attaching a brief overview here, and happy to send across more) .

If you (or someone you know) might be interested, we'd love to hear from you!

All the best, and many thanks.
Benje, Kunal, Digambar
