Japan's tragedy should be seen as world's tragedy. There are so many, many cities around the world sitting on potential 'time bombs,' so to speak.
The article below has interesting information and view on the rise in number of earthquakes of higher magnitudes worldwide. One does wonder whether the increases are to large extent to do with certain kinds of destructive human ativities?
