$$$ in Non-Profits
Apparently, running a Non-Profit can be quite profitable. Maybe this is why there are so many NGO's in the world. Maybe India should try to close loopholes by limiting NGOs to specific categories.

Of course, just ask Sandeep Pandey of ASHA, the unscrupulous leech who has taken fraudulent "activism" to the level of a corporate, simultaneously dispensing his seditious propaganda. There are also genuine NGO's such as Akshaya Patra, Vatsalya Gram etc who do wonderful work among the underprivileged.
Yes Akshaya Patra is a nice one in particular. And Sankara Netralaya is good too.
