there will be plenty of mealy-mouthed garbage from the powers that be now. but net net, indian girls are easy targets for murderers, even in india.
did you hear of sowmya's case (pushed off running train, raped and beaten to death on tracks)?
or dhanalakshmi (11), tortured with burning cigarettes, to 'encourage' her to take to prostitution, and then murdered?
or (unnamed engineering student), taken by 'lover' to remote place, where she was violently gang-raped by him and three friends, and filmed? the video was put on the internet. she committed suicide.
these three cases are just from kerala in oh, the last one month.
and then the girl student, radhika tanwar, in delhi, shot to death.
happy international women's day indeed.

Poor guy didn't have a choice... the Sangh should consider multiple regional political entities in the secular space -- look at how NCP, TC, BJD and JD(U) thrive in their regions without definite ideology. The BJP has become very easy to target, from inside and from outside.
Painful but darn reality. Let us wake up from our state of apathy.
