New Tech Cools Buildings Without Electricity
Adsorption chilling is a means of cooling which doesn't use conventional electrically-driven refrigeration. It could be a future low-energy passive cooling solution.

If taxpayer money was used in this effort, it is 100% fraud and does not work. If it really works, they would have taken it to market and not issue press releases.
