i suppose this is good news for HP india.
anyway, this may well be a move away from hurd's 'operational excellence' focus towards 'new product development' as the focus of the company.
i am delighted to hear of the increased emphasis on webOS in their product plans. i have been a palm fan for years -- had several palm PDAs -- and have heard webOS is quite a good OS. but it is in danger of being an also-ran as compared to iphone OS, android, and the newly-minted windows phone 7, along with RIM blackberry's new QNX.
